Refund & Return Policy

Before anything else, we would like to sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. This form is designed to facilitate the smooth processing of all exchange/return requests. Please have faith and bear with us as we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
2. Our return and exchange policy extends for a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery.
3. To qualify for a return or exchange, products should be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the content remaining.
4. Please note that it may take 5-6 working days to process your request.
5. Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
6. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
7. In cases of damage, leakage, or receipt of the wrong product, we will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
